As a computer scientist by profession, I’ve spent years designing and building technologies and business applications that put real people at the centre – creating tools that simplify everyday challenges and deliver meaningful value.
Growing up in the breathtaking Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho, I’ve always been inspired by the resilience, warmth, and unbreakable sense of community that defines our Basotho spirit. From the iconic mokorotlo hat to the blankets that protect us from the highland winds, our culture teaches us botho – the belief that a person is a person through other people.
That belief has stayed with me throughout my journey in technology.
It is also what led me to found LotiConnect.
Today, businesses have access to incredibly powerful technologies – AI, automation, WhatsApp, and connected systems. Yet many businesses still spend valuable time answering the same questions, chasing information, following up with customers, managing appointments, and performing repetitive administrative tasks.
I believe technology should help solve these problems.

Our approach is deliberately practical. We don’t automate for the sake of automation, and we don’t believe every problem needs a complicated technology solution. We start by understanding how a business actually works, identify where improvement can make a meaningful difference, and build from there.
This is still a journey of learning and experimentation. We listen, we build, we test, and we improve.
