Welcome to Loti Connect.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, WhatsApp services, and lead marketplace platform.
By accessing or using Loti Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Definitions

“Platform” refers to Loti Connect’s website and WhatsApp services.
“Provider” means businesses or professionals receiving leads.
“Buyer” means any individual or business submitting a request.
“Lead” means a customer request shared with a provider.
“Pay-per-lead” model means providers pay for leads they accept.


2. Our Service

Loti Connect is a lead marketplace.
We do not provide the services or products that providers deliver.
We match buyer requests to relevant providers and facilitate communication.

We are not responsible for:

  • Quality or delivery of provider services

  • Pricing agreements between buyer and provider

  • Disputes, refunds, or outcomes of any transaction

All agreements between buyers and providers happen outside of Loti Connect.


3. Provider Responsibilities

To use Loti Connect as a provider, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your business

  • Respond to leads in a timely manner

  • Only use buyer details for the intended purpose

  • Respect customer privacy and data protection laws

  • Not harass, spam, or misuse buyer information

  • Not resell Loti Connect leads to third parties

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.


4. Lead Delivery & Acceptance

Leads are delivered via WhatsApp.

4.1 Lead Structure

A valid lead may include:

  • Customer contact information

  • Service or product requested

  • Location

  • Budget or price range

  • Timeline or urgency

4.2 Provider Control

Providers may:

  • Accept a lead (payment required)

  • Ignore a lead (no charge)

  • Pause lead delivery at any time

4.3 Maximum Distribution

Each lead is shared with up to 3 relevant providers
to give buyers options and providers fair opportunities.


5. Pricing & Payments

Providers pay per accepted lead.
Pricing varies depending on category or exclusivity.

5.1 Payment Requirements

Payment is due immediately upon accepting a lead.
Failure to pay may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Blocking from future leads

  • Collection actions if necessary

5.2 Pricing Changes

We may adjust pricing.
Providers will be notified in advance.


6. No Guarantees

While we work to provide high-quality leads, we do not guarantee:

  • Minimum number of leads

  • Conversion or sales outcomes

  • Customer reliability

  • Accuracy of buyer information

Providers use the platform at their own risk.

Invalid or fraudulent leads can be disputed for review.


7. Dispute Resolution

If a provider believes a lead was invalid, they may dispute within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

We will review and make a final determination.

Our decision is final.


8. Prohibited Behavior

You agree NOT to:

  • Misrepresent your business or identity

  • Use automated bots to collect buyer information

  • Promote illegal activity

  • Discriminate or harass buyers

  • Copy or reverse-engineer our systems or content

  • Circumvent the payment model

Violation may lead to:

  • Removal from the platform

  • Legal or financial action


9. Intellectual Property

All platform assets including:

  • Branding, name, logo

  • Matching methodology

  • Lead routing structure

  • Marketplace categories

  • Messaging scripts and automation

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without permission.


10. Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our service, you consent to the use of your information for lead delivery and verification purposes.


11. Third-Party Services

Loti Connect may integrate with services like:

  • WhatsApp / Meta

  • Payment gateways

  • Analytics services

We are not responsible for issues arising from external platforms.


12. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without liability, including for:

  • Maintenance

  • Technical issues

  • Misuse of platform

  • Business model changes


13. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for:

  • Non-payment

  • Abuse or fraud

  • Violation of these Terms

Users may request account deletion at any time.


14. Limitation of Liability

Loti Connect is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profit, or business

  • Damages from decisions based on lead information

  • Service failures due to third-party tools

  • Misuse of data by providers or buyers

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the provider in the last 30 days.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lesotho.
Any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.


16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.

17. Lead Management Policy

  1. When a buyer contacts Loti Connect (via WhatsApp, call centre, or website) requesting a service, the lead is forwarded to up to 3 relevant providers.

  2. If the buyer is already known to you or is an existing client, the request is still considered a chargeable lead, as Loti Connect facilitated the connection.

  3. If you are running your own marketing campaigns and happen to receive the same lead independently, this will not qualify for a refund or credit, as buyers may contact multiple providers when comparing options.

  4. Lead acceptance is optional. However, once accepted, payment for the lead is required and cannot be reversed.

  5. Account credits, prepaid balances, or unused lead slots that remain inactive for 30 days may be placed on a waiting list. Reactivation may require reapplication or verification based on availability.

  6. If your company closes down, you may request to transfer your remaining prepaid leads or account balance to another verified business, subject to approval by Loti Connect.

  7. If you expand into a new location, city, province, or service area, unused leads cannot be transferred, refunded, or reassigned to the new region.

  8. In the case of serious injury or disability, we may pause your campaign or transfer your leads to another verified company of your choice. Documentation may be required.

  9. In the case of death, the family or estate may request access, transfer, or credit of remaining prepaid leads upon providing an official death certificate.


18. Refunds and Credits

  1. Loti Connect operates on a pay-per-lead model. Accepted leads are non-refundable unless proven invalid under the lead validity criteria (see Section 4).

  2. Advertising costs, campaign setup fees, or custom onboarding services are non-refundable, as expenses are incurred upfront.

  3. Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed to a bank account that:

    • Matches the registered company details

    • Matches the ID of the account holder

    • Has an official certified bank confirmation letter

  4. Refunds may take up to 72 hours to reflect once processed.

  5. In the case of death of an account holder, refunds or lead credits may be issued to a legally recognized next of kin or approved representative.

  6. Loti Connect reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits if:

    • Fraudulent claims are suspected

    • Lead usage records contradict the claim

    • Documentation is incomplete or unverifiable
